  • Coconut Water, Green Tea, or Hunza Tea – Drinking Coconut water, green tea, or Hunza tea between meals could be the best choice to reduce weight and flush out toxins.
  • Fruits, fruit juices (with pulp) & Vegetables, and leafy green vegetables – Fruits, fruit juices, and vegetables are good sources of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. They significantly help reduce weight and improve heart health.
